Other Teen Activities
Teen ShabbatAll post-bar/bat mitzvah teens are invited to participate in Teen Shabbat, a delightful Shabbat morning service for the Beth Israel community. Teens conduct the entire service, including reading from the Torah and delivering the D’var Torah.
Teen Kol Nidre Service
During the High Holidays, all teens in 8-12 grades are invited to participate in a unique Kol Nidre service. The service is lead primarily by the teens and includes a discussion session. This teens only service is a great way for Jewish teenagers to experience the holiday in a meaningful way.
High School Dinner Out
High School students are invited to attend this special dinner at a local restaurant with Rabbi Dobrusin and various staff members as a kick-off to other activities during the year
