Come prepared to get physical- Gesher is learning Krav Maga! This introductory class will not feature any child-to-child contact, but rather focus on learning form and going through a typical army Krav Maga session (albeit much easier). Come with workout clothes, a water bottle, and "Rabak"! Lunch will be provided for this event.
